I'm excited to announce the publication of my first poetry chapbook! This short collection of poems is available now in paperback on Amazon.com: The Brook in the Woods Behind Our Old House.
The collection includes Are You My Mother, which won honorable mentions in both the 2021 Prime 53 poetry competition and the Vivian Shipley Award, The Wings of Familiar Songs, which won a top award in the Oprelle Bigger Than Me competition, and the title poem, The Brook in the Woods Behind Our Old House, which won second place in the 2022 Coming Home competition. My collective work also earned a top spot in the 2022 Oprelle Poetry Masters competition.
